Navigation System Module - Removal and Installation: Removal

NOTE: Make sure the navigation CD has been removed before disconnecting the battery ground cable.

Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery, Mounting and Cables .

Detach the luggage compartment side trim panel.
1. Remove the luggage compartment side trim panel retaining clip.
2. Detach the luggage compartment side trim panel.

Detach the module retaining bracket.

Disconnect the navigation system module electrical connectors and fibre optic connector.

Remove the navigation system module.
