Anti-Lock Brake System (Abs) Module: Installation

Install ABS/TCCM, take care not to damage brake tubes.
- Install and tighten bolts.

Install brake tubes.
- Remove plugs from ports and brake tubes.
- Install brake tubes and tighten union nuts. Refer to BRAKE TUBE, HOSES AND BRACKET TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table for torque setting.

Connect upper electrical connector.
- Push plunger down to secure connector.

Install elbow to washer bottle filler neck.
- Install 'O'-ring seal.
- Install elbow.

Remove special tool from brake pedal.
Reconnect battery ground cable. Refer to BATTERY RECONNECTION PROCEDURE .
Bleed brake system. Refer to BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM .
