DTC B1096-13: Wiper High/Low Relay - Circuit open: Action
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the windshield wiper motor fast/slow relay circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- If fault persists, check and install a new wiper fast/slow relay as required
