- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check local interconnect network between gateway module and dual battery module. Repair wiring harness as required. Clear DTC and retest
- Re-configure the gateway module using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system. Clear DTCs and retest
- If fault persists, check and install a new dual battery module
- If fault persists, check and install a new gateway module
- Refer to the warranty policy and procedures manual, or determine if any prior approval programme is in operation, prior to the installation of a new module/component

- If no wiring/connector faults are found, check condition of second battery and replace as required. Run secondary battery diagnostic service routine. Clear DTC and retest.
- If fault persists, check and install a new dual battery module. Clear DTC and retest.
