Suspect torque converter lockup clutch. Install a new torque converter, refer to the warranty policy and procedures manual if a module/component is suspect. If transmission fluid is in very poor condition and dirty, install a new transmission, refer to the warranty policy and procedures manual if a module/component is suspect
