B128C-11: Speaker #15 - Circuit short to ground: Action

NOTE: Only applies to vehicles fitted with a Meridian® Surround sound system or a Meridian® Reference sound system. This is a co-axial circuit.

Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the front center speaker circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
If fault persists, check and install a new speaker as required. Clear DTC and retest
If no harness or speaker faults are evident, check and install a new audio amplifier module as required. Clear DTC and retest
