B128D-11: Speaker #16 - Circuit short to ground: Action

NOTE: Only applies to vehicles fitted with a Meridian® Surround sound system or a Meridian® Reference sound system. There is no speaker connected to this output channel.

Check for debris or contamination or if any cables or speakers are connected to this channel. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest.
If fault persists, configure the audio amplifier to the latest software level and retest.
If fault persists and if no evident issue is seen, install a new audio amplifier module as required. Clear DTC and retest.
