B128A-13: Speaker #13 - Circuit open: Action

NOTE: Only applies to vehicles fitted with a Meridian® Surround sound system or a Meridian® Reference sound system. This is a co-axial circuit.

Refer to applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the left surround speaker circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Check for poor or corroded connections and backed out pins. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
If fault persists, check and install new speaker(s) as required. Clear DTC and retest
If no harness or speaker faults are evident, check and install a new audio amplifier module as required. Clear DTC and retest
