NOTE: This DTC only applies to vehicles fitted with either a Meridian® sound system, a Meridian® Surround sound system or a Meridian® Reference sound system

Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the subwoofer 1 circuit for short circuit to power. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
If fault persists, check and install a new speaker as required. Clear DTC and retest
If no harness or speaker faults are evident, check and install a new audio amplifier module as required. Clear DTC and retest
