DTC B1316-93: Boot/Trunk Latch Power Close Unit - No operation: Action
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the motor power and motor ground supply circuits to the soft close unit for short circuit to power, open circuit. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the striker home signal line from the soft close unit to the luggage compartment lid control module for short circuit to power, open circuit. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- Check the soft close unit ground circuit for short circuit to power, open circuit. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- Check and install new luggage compartment lid soft close unit as required
- Check and install new luggage compartment lid control module as required
