DTC B1095-13: Wiper On/Off Relay - Circuit open: Action
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the windshield wiper motor on/off relay circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- If fault persists, check and install a new wiper on/off relay as required
