DTC B1097-13: Heated Windshield Relay - Circuit open: Action
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the heated windshield relay circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- If fault persists, check and install a new heated front windshield relay as required
