DTC B1C82-13: Headlamp Washer Relay A - Circuit open: Action
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the headlamp washer relay circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- If fault persists, check and install a new headlamp washer relay as required. Clear DTC and retest
