DTC C1A98-96: Yaw Rate Sensor - Component internal failure: Action
- Clear the DTC and retest the system. If the fault remains, check for additional DTCs and refer to the DTC index. Check the Yaw sensor is mounted correctly on the vehicle. Check the wiring connections to the sensor are correct and secure. Check for any sources of EMC interference with the sensor or circuits. If no external causes are evident suspect the sensor. Refer to the Warranty Policy and Procedures manual if a module/component is suspect
