Possible Causes
NOTE:
Monitor description.
The anti-lock brake system control module CAN messages are being updated on the CAN bus. If the data is not updated and correctly formatted periodically a DTC is set. The monitor is operational when the ignition is ON
- Other anti-lock brake system control module DTCs are set
- High speed CAN bus failure
- Fuse failure
- High speed CAN bus circuit, short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit
- Anti-lock brake system control module power circuit failure
- Anti-lock brake system control module ground circuit failure
