Pedestrian Protection Latch Actuator: Installation

  1. Install the pedestrian protection latch actuator.
    • Connect the electrical connector.
    • Tighten the new Torx bolts to 9 Nm (7 lb.ft).
  2. Install the pedestrian protection hood actuator and bracket. Refer to Pedestrian Protection Hood Actuator LH  and Pedestrian Protection Hood Actuator RH .
