Pedestrian Protection Latch Actuator: Removal

  1. Remove the pedestrian protection hood actuator and bracket. Refer to Pedestrian Protection Hood Actuator LH  and Pedestrian Protection Hood Actuator RH .
  2. Remove the pedestrian protection latch actuator.
    • Remove and discard the 2 Torx bolts.
    • Disconnect the electrical connector.
