DTC P0635-22: Power Steering Control Circuit - Signal amplitude > maximum: Action
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the power steering actuator control circuits for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required. Clear DTC and retest
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the power and ground connections to the instrument cluster. Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, complete a CAN network integrity test. Clear DTC and retest
- If fault persists, check and install a new instrument cluster as required. Clear DTC and retest
