DTC B14D1-96: SDARS (Satellite Radio) Tuner - Component internal failure: Action

NOTE: This DTC may log as a result of hardware/software incompatibility and may not indicate a fault in the vehicle

Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, reconfigure the infotainment master controller with the latest level software
If the fault persists or the customer continues to report problems with the radio, do not replace the infotainment master controller. Contact the Jaguar Land Rover service desk for further assistance
