- 18-way and 12-way specification seating: Seat forward/rearward motor circuit short circuit to ground, short circuit to power
- 18-way and 12-way specification seating: Seat forward/rearward motor internal failure
- 8-way specification seating: Seat height motor circuit short circuit to ground, short circuit to power
- 8-way specification seating: Seat height motor internal failure
