DTC B1087-86: LIN Bus "A" - Signal invalid: Action
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the steering wheel switchpack power and ground circuits for open circuit, high resistance
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the infotainment master controller steering wheel switchpack LIN bus circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, reconfigure the infotainment master controller with the latest level software and retest
- If the fault persists, do not replace the infotainment master controller. Contact the Jaguar Land Rover service desk for further assistance
