DTC P0071-84: Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit "A" Range/Performance - Signal below allowable range: Action
- Diagnosis of this DTC may require using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to check datalogger signals
- 0x03BA Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Voltage - Volts
- 0xF446 Ambient Air Temperature - °C
- Refer to the appropriate System Wiring Diagram(s) and check connections are secure and wiring integrity
- Inspect connectors for signs of water ingress, and pins for damage and/or corrosion
- Check and install a new ambient air temperature sensor as required
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the DTCs and retest
- Test the vehicle over 3 drive cycles (engine on/off) to confirm the repair
