DTC P041B-62: EGR Temperature Sensor "B" Circuit Range/Performance - Signal compare failure: Action
- Refer to the appropriate System Wiring Diagram(s) and check the low pressure exhaust gas recirculation outlet temperature sensor for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Inspect connectors for signs of water ingress, and pins for damage and/or corrosion
- Check and install a new low pressure exhaust gas recirculation outlet temperature sensor
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the DTCs and retest
- Test the vehicle over 3 drive cycles (engine on/off) to confirm the repair
