- Overfilled DEF tank - Refer to Exhaust system - DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING
and refer to functionallity of level sensor (possibility that the sensor reads 0 if over filled).
- Customer has over filled the DEF tank
- Diesel exhaust fluid tank module communication error
- Diesel exhaust fluid tank module circuit short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Connector is disconnected, connector pin is backed out, connector pin corrosion
