DTC B1095-12: Wiper On/Off Relay - Circuit short to battery: Action
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the windshield wiper motor on/off relay circuit for short circuit to power. Repair the wiring harness or install a new windshield wiper motor on/off relay as necessary
