DTC B12F3-11: Secondary Tailgate Release - Circuit short to ground: Action
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the lower tailgate latch release circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair the wiring harness or install a new lower tailgate latch as necessary
