ISSUE
When attempting to complete the "Replace ECU" application on a new Telematic Control Unit (TCU), PATHFINDER fails to complete the process; the error message "Audio file for Telematics Control Unit Module [TCU] has failed to update" is displayed.
CAUSE
PATHFINDER fails to resolve to the latest Audio File for the TCU.
PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTION
This concern has been resolved with the release of PATHFINDER version 273 . The manual patch will no longer be available to download and this SSM will be deleted in 7 days.
