Possible Causes
- The powertrain control module has detected an internal temperature above the expected range
- Powertrain control module cooling fan circuit, short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Connector is disconnected, connector pin is backed out, connector pin corrosion
- Harness failure - Wiring integrity
