DTC B116D-97: SOS On Call Keypad - Component or system operation obstructed or blocked: Action

NOTE:
- Switch signals are blocked following false or repeated operation
- This Diagnostic Trouble code(s) will cause the warning "SOS limited functionality" to be displayed on the instrument cluster
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and inspect the telematic switchpack emergency call/breakdown call switch signal circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
- Test the operation of the telematic switchpack emergency call/breakdown call switches. Install a new telematic switchpack as necessary
