DTC C2008-71: Left Motor - Actuator stuck: Action

- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the left electric park brake actuator circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary. Clear the DTC and retest
- If the fault persists, or no wiring fault was detected, install a new left electric park brake actuator
