- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the tailgate soft close actuator circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the tailgate soft close actuator home position switch circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Install a new tailgate soft close actuator
