DTC B1463-11: Upper Latch - Combined Pawl/Claw Switch - Circuit short to ground: Action
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the tailgate latch soft close initiation switch circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- If the fault persists, check and install a new tailgate soft close actuator. Clear the DTC and retest
