DTC B1464-02: Upper Latch - Claw Switch - General signal failure: Action
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the tailgate ajar switch circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- If the fault persists, check and install a new tailgate soft close actuator. Clear the DTC and retest
