DTC U2109-13: Back-up Battery - Circuit open: Action

  1. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, run routine - Test Internal Backup Battery (0x040C). If the fault persists go to step 2, if not go to step  3
  2. Check the front infotainment control module software release notes to see if a repair is available and update the front infotainment control module and repeat step  1. If no software update is available go to step 3
  3. Check for other related Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and refer to the relevant DTC index
