Test 19E - Diagnosing Door Lock Circuit

CAUTION:
Always turn ignition off prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
- Turn ignition off. Gain access to inoperative door lock switch. Disconnect Blue Body Control Module (BCM) connector. BCM is located behind center console. Go to next step.
- Using an external ohmmeter, check resistance of door lock switch output lock circuit (Orange/Violet wire) between Blue BCM connector terminal No. 8 (Orange/Violet wire) and power lock switch. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open Orange/Violet wire. Perform TEST VER-1B . If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace open door lock switch. Perform TEST VER-1B .
