Steering Gear: Inspection
- Clean all internal parts in solvent, and dry with compressed air. DO NOT steam clean hydraulic parts. Avoid wiping valve parts with cloth. Lint may cause binding of mechanism.
- If further disassembly is required, see ADJUSTER PLUG , RACK PISTON & WORM SHAFT ASSEMBLY , VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY or HOUSING ASSEMBLY .
