Perform all steps in appropriate BASIC TESTING article. If no fault is found while performing BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES, proceed with self-diagnostics. If no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) or only pass codes (system functioning properly) are found during self-diagnostics, proceed to NO TROUBLE CODES (NTC) TESTS or the TESTS W/O CODES article for diagnosis by symptom.
