To identify firing order for 2.4L, refer to illustration. See Fig 1.
NOTE:
On 2.4L engine, firing order is 1, 3, 4, 2. Cylinders are numbered front to rear with No. 1 cylinder closest to camshaft pulley. On 3.7L engine, firing order is 1, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. To identify cylinders for 3.7L, refer to illustration. See Fig 2.
