Ignition Coil Capacitor: Removal

Two coil capacitors are used. One of them is located near the center of, and on the left side of the intake manifold (Fig 1 ). The other capacitor is located near the center of, and on the right side of the intake manifold.

  1. Disconnect electrical connector at coil capacitor (Fig 1 ).
  2. Remove mounting nut.
  3. Remove capacitor from mounting stud.
