Battery Tray: Installation
- Clean and inspect the battery tray. See CLEANING

- Position the battery tray onto the weld studs on the front extension of the left front wheelhouse inner panel.
- Install the battery temperature sensor onto the battery tray. See GENERATORS & REGULATORS
article.
- Install and tighten the three nuts that secure the battery tray to the weld studs on the front extension of the left front wheelhouse inner panel. Tighten the nuts to 7 N.m (65 in. lbs.).
- Install the PDC on the battery tray.
- Install the battery onto the battery tray. See BATTERY
