Overhead Console

NOTE: The overhead console shown in illustration contains a combination power liftgate/power sunroof switch. Vehicles equipped with the power liftgate and no sunroof contain a single power liftgate switch only. Vehicles equipped with the power sunroof and no liftgate contain a single power sunroof switch only.
NOTE: On vehicles equipped with both a power sunroof and power liftgate the overhead console switches are serviced together as one assembly.

An overhead console (3) is standard on this vehicle and includes the following components:

  1. Overhead storage compartment (2)
  2. Power sunroof switch (1) - if equipped
  3. Power liftgate switch (1) - if equipped
  4. Universal transmitter (5) - if equipped
  5. Access hole for mounting the inside rearview mirror

The overhead console assembly is mounted by four snap clips (1) securing it to a molded plastic retainer bracket located above the headliner. The Electronic Overhead Module (EOM) (3) and combination power sunroof/liftgate switch (2) are secured to the overhead console with screws.
