Steering System

CAUTION: This systems requires the use of hydraulic system/power steering fluid which meets DaimlerChrysler specification MS-10838 or equivalent, DO NOT MIX POWER STEERING FLUID TYPES. Damage may result to the power steering pump and system if any other fluid is used, and Do not overfill.

Power steering systems consist of:

  1. Steering column & Intermediate Shaft
  2. Rack and pinion steering gear
  3. Belt driven hydraulic steering pump
  4. Pump pressure, supply and return hoses
  5. Oil Cooler
  6. Hydraulic cooling fan
