Diagnostic Test

  1. 1) DTC IS ACTIVE 

    Ignition on, engine not running.

    With the scan tool, select erase all active DTCs.

    With the scan tool, view active DTCs.

    Is the DTC status Active at this time? 

    Yes 

    1. Replace the Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) in accordance with the Service Information.

    No 

    1. Test Complete.
