INSULATOR, Engine Mount, Right: Installation: Installation

  1. Position the right engine mount, install retaining bolts (1) and tighten to 58 N.m (42 ft. lbs.).
  2. Lower the vehicle.
  3. Lower the engine into position and remove Engine Support Fixture 8534B.
  4. Raise and support the vehicle.

  5. Install the left lower engine mount retaining nuts (1) and tighten to 60 N.m (44 ft. lbs.).

  6. Install the right lower engine mount retaining nuts (1) and tighten to 60 N.m (44 ft. lbs.).

  7. Position the right lower front wheelhouse shield and install the push-pins (1), (left side shown in illustration, right side similar).
  8. Install the tire and wheel.

  9. Install the belly pan (2).
  10. Lower the vehicle.

  11. Position the right engine mount heat shield, install retaining bolts (1) and tighten to 8 N.m (70 in. lbs.).

  12. Install the air cleaner housing (2) and duct.

    3 - TURBOCHARGER
    4 - CHARGE AIR INLET TUBE
  13. Install the strut tower support (2).

  14. Position the Power Distribution Center (PDC) (1) and connect support bracket.
  15. Position and connect all PDC and generator wiring harness cables.
  16. Install the battery tray (7) and battery (5). Refer to Electrical/Battery System/TRAY, Battery - Installation .
  17. Connect the positive and negative battery cables (8,4). Refer to Electrical/Battery System/CABLES, Battery - Installation .
  18. Install the coolant recovery bottle.

  19. Install the engine cover brackets and engine cover (1). See Engine/COVER, Engine - Installation .
