NOTE:

Properly install race with tabs on lock feature.

1. Line up output bearing (3) to bore. Refer to Fig 1.
2. Insert tool Installer (special tool #8692, Installer, Bearing Cup) (2) with Handle (special tool #C-4171, Driver Handle, Universal) (1) onto output bearing. Tap bearing into bore. Verify that the larger diameter of the cage is facing outward. Position bearing retaining strap. Tighten bolts to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
