- Position thermostat (2) in thermostat housing (1).

- Install thermostat housing and thermostat assembly on intake manifold. Tighten bolts (1) to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
- Install the radiator upper hose to thermostat housing (2).
- Connect throttle body electrical connector (3).
- Refill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Connect negative battery cable.
- Install air filter housing. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, INSTALLATION
