Diagnostic Test

- CHECK THE USB CABLE CONNECTION AT THE TELEMATICS GATEWAY (TGW) MODULE
- Turn the ignition off.
- Inspect the USB cable connection at the rear of the Telematics Gateway (TGW).
Is the USB cable connection secure and undamaged?
Yes
- Go To 2.
No
- Repair the USB cable connection as needed.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
- CHECK THE USB CABLE CONNECTION AT THE UNIVERSAL CONSUMER INTERFACE (UCI)
- Inspect the USB cable connection at the rear of the Universal Consumer Interface (UCI).
Is the USB cable connection secure and undamaged?
Yes
- Replace the USB Cable in accordance with the Service Information.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
No
- Repair the USB cable connection as needed.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
- Inspect the USB cable connection at the rear of the Universal Consumer Interface (UCI).
