Radiator, Engine Cooling: Installation: 3.6L

- Install the radiator into engine compartment and seat the lower rubber isolators into the mounting holes of the lower radiator support.
- Position the condenser on radiator and loosely install the right side upper bolt. Tighten bolts to the proper specification. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the lower mounting bolt. Tighten the bolts to the proper specification. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
- Tighten bolt (2) located between the cooler lines to the proper specification. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the radiator isolator (1). Tighten the bolts (3) to the proper specification. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, INSTALLATION .
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Install the lower radiator hose (1).
- Install the belly pan and securely tighten bolts (1).
- Remove support and lower vehicle.
- Install the cooling fan. Refer to FAN, COOLING, INSTALLATION .
- Install the upper radiator upper hose.
- Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Connect the negative battle cable.
- Operate the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature. Check the cooling system and automatic transmission for the correct fluid levels.
