Radiator, Engine Cooling: Removal: 3.2L
- Disconnect the battery negative cable.
- Remove the engine cover.
- Raise the vehicle.

- Remove the lower belly pan.
- Separate the lower radiator hose at the radiator.
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .

- Separate the lower air deflector.
- Remove the engine cover.

- Remove the upper close out panel cover (1).

- Separate the side air deflectors from the upper radiator closeout panel.

- Disconnect the cooling fan module harness connector (4).
- Disconnect the ambient air temperature sensor (5).
- Disconnect the horn electrical connectors (6).
- Remove the hood release cable (3) from the air deflector.
- Remove the wiring harness (7) from the air deflector.
- Remove the upper air deflector (1).

- Remove the A/C fill port support bracket (2) and position aside.

- Separate the transmission cooler line support brace bolt (1).

- Separate the condenser from the radiator (1).

- Separate the upper radiator hose from the upper cross over pipe.
- Remove the upper radiator mounts (1).

- Disconnect the electrical connector (1) at the cooling fan module (2).
- Remove the radiator from the vehicle.

- Remove the upper radiator hose (2).
- Remove the radiator fan assembly.
