Radiator, Engine Cooling: Installation: 2.4L

  1. Install the cooling fan onto the radiator. Tighten to bolts 8 N.m (70 in. lbs.)

  2. Install the upper radiator hose.

  3. Position the radiator into the lower mounting (1) isolators on the radiator lower support.

  4. Install the condenser to the radiator (1). Tighten the bolts (2) to 8 N.m (70 in. lbs.).

  5. Install the upper radiator mounts (1). Tighten bolts to 11 N.m (97 in. lbs.).
  6. Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  7. Connect the battery negative cable.
